The workshop is organized as a joint activity of the summer school FSIforBIO 2011. In the framework of this workshop a series of short oral and poster contributions will be presented. The aim of this workshop is is to present some more advanced and specialized topics as well as some related problems that can not be included in the FSIforBIO summer school lecture series.
